  • I am Prof. Sandeep M. Kamble, presently working from 20th June 2025 as an Assistant Professor in the MBA department at Global Business School, Hubli till now. Besides, I am also a pro-research scholar pursuing my 4th* year Ph.D. at Rani Chennamma University Belgaum. I have completed my master’s in business administration (MBA) from KLS Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum. During my post- graduate journey, my major specialization was in “Marketing” and my minor specialization was in “HR” with First Class Grade. Moreover, I have also qualified for UGC- NET (Management) which was conducted in June 2020-21. I am a graduate with a bachelor’s in business administration (BBA) in Marketing with First Class with Distinction (FCD).

In general, I do have 8 years of Industrial experience, 7 years of academic experience, and 3 plus years of research experience, and I also worked earlier for the NAAC Accreditation cycle for criteria 2 & 3.

In addition, I am a teacher by heart and a strong believer in experiential learning. Indeed! sharing my knowledge and understanding with others has always been a source of joy for me, the greatest satisfaction comes from watching people learn and grow. I believe that teaching is not imparting knowledge to students but rather is a collaborative learning effort between a teacher and students.
