The admission process for the Two-Year Full-Time MBA Program at GBS, Hubballi is conducted through two pathways:
Method 1: Direct Admission (Entrance-Based)
Applicable to candidates who have appeared for GBSAT / MAT / KMAT / CMAT / ATMA.
– Candidates must apply through www.globalbschool.in
– Students opting for GBSAT must appear for the test at designated centers across North Karnataka and attend Personal Interview (PI) at GBS campus or virtual mode
– Selection is based on GBSAT score and PI performance
Method 2: PGCET (KEA Counselling)
– Candidates must participate in KEA counselling
– Based on allotment, candidates must pay KEA fees, download admission order and report to college
– Failure to report within stipulated time leads to cancellation. Refunds are handled by KEA only
Intake & Seat Distribution:
– Total Batch Size: 120 Students
– 50% through KEA (PGCET)
– 50% through Direct Admission
GBS strives to admit students from diverse backgrounds including education, gender, location and work experience.
– Top 30 candidates shortlisted based on GBSAT + PI
– Scholarship: ₹50,000 – ₹90,000 (awarded by GEN Society)
– Admission confirmation requires ₹50,000 payment within one week

– GBSAT applicants must also take KMAT / MAT / CMAT / PGCET / ATMA
Unfilled KEA Seats:
– May be filled under Management Quota or Govt Quota (if permitted)
