Overview of Projects:-
1 The project undertaken at Flowserve Micro finish Valves Hubli, Karnataka was basically undertaken to understand the way the performance Appraisal was carried out in the company and the way it was imbibed by “Appraisers” and “Appraisees” and separate questionnaire was prepared and based on that findings , recommendations and conclusions were drawn.
2. The project undertaken was a live project in India’s No.1 and worlds second recruiting consultancy Randstad where in learnt about recruitment and job posting and sourcing of CV’s from portal . The project was all about “Study of Factors Affecting Workforce Attrition” two industries were taken for study viz Valve and Automobile industries, separate questionnaires were prepared and separate findings, recommendations and conclusions were drawn on the findings.

Overview of Projects:-
1. The Project undertaken was a general project in Anand Nagar handicap hospital rehabilitation centre were in tried to understand the various departments and the way they perform and responsibilities they have and accountability of each employee at their respective department.
2. The Project undertaken at Naveen Hotel which is reputed Three Star Hotel at Hubli got an opportunity to study on satisfaction of employees working in the hotel.
Achievements and Extra Curricular Activities
1.Received Four Gold Medals for Excellence in MBA from Karnataka University Dharwad, for the academic year 2011-13 in the convocation held on 25 March 2014, awarded by Vice Chancellor Dr. Walikar.
2. Received Two Gold Medals from Rajshri Pujya Dr.D.Veerendra Heggadeji for excellence in MBA degree and for being the topper of Karnataka University Dharwad.
3. Participated in three day work shop of “career guidance and personality development” at DVH-IMSR Dharwad.
